I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and provide for my family, so I decided to join a sales and marketing firm that offered a progressive leadership program. 

Since joining the company a year ago, the management training has become more streamlined. It’s enabled me to open a branch of my own to empower others with similar opportunities.

I promote equality, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my student mentality. I’m eager to learn new skills that optimize processes for clients while making my office function more effectively.

I also attribute my success to my talented team that is committed to working hard and having fun at the same time. I enjoy helping each team member develop to their full potential so I pass on ethical values that change their lives for the better.

As a result, promoting people into new positions where they have more freedom to grow has given me immense satisfaction. I like to check in with them to hear what they’ve done to achieve new goals on their timeline.

When I’m not mentoring my team, I love staying fit and healthy by working out regularly. I also like watching my favorite channels on YouTube and carrying out research on cars and investments.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
